Gandhinagar is situated on the bank o river Sabarmati and is the capital city of the state Gujarat. It is well known for its educational and research institutions scattered in the whole city. It is capital of Gujarat and also a business centre. The city has full-fledged shoping complexes, colonies, and health care centers. The greenery of the city adds on to the beauty of city. This city was formed in 1960 when Gujarat was separated from Maharashtra.
