City Overview :

Leh lies on the eastern parts of Jammu and Kashmir and is at an altitude of 3505 meters. Temperatures range from -20°C to 14°C Extreme climates. This low temperature is accompanied by heavy snowfall.

What to See :

Ladakh is covered with snow clad mountains and the deserts are also highest in the world's plateaus. It has a height of 2750 meters at Kargil to Karakoram's Saser Kangri which is 7672 meters high. The dazzling and sizzling Pangong Lake is at a distance of 160km.
Pangong Lake: this is again a beautiful experience from Leh at 160 km this place is popular as a monastery on huge ridge.
"Mountain Lake" is located on a height of 6000 m peaks which is near by the lake.
The other places to see are Jami Masjid, Namgyal Tsemo Gompa, Leh Palace, Lamayuru Monastery, Thiksey Monastery, and Nubra Valley, The Ecology Centre etc.

By Air :

The connection of leh is well connected with the different parts of the country. Regular flights from Delhi run to leh. But the travelers must ensure that the bookings must make well in advance.

By Road:

The connection is well built and in the month Between May to November tourists can opt a motorcar and can travel by road.
