Mohali is a district of Punjab and is adjacent to Chandigarh in India. It was recently carved into a separate district as previously it was a part of rupnagar district. It is just like a continuation to Chandigarh city and is north to rupnagar district and west to Chandigarh. Mohali is located in western part of Chandigarh.

By Air :

The airport is in Chandigarh and Chandigarh is around 8 km from Mohali and from Chandigarh airport is 20 km far. So airport is approximately 28km away from Mohali and operates with all domestic flights. It offers connectivity with almost all major cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Jammu and Srinagar.

By Train :

The nearest railway station from Mohali is also in Chandigarh and is at a distance of about 9km from Mohali. You can get trains connection to Delhi, Jaipur, Mumbai and almost all major cities. Cantonment railway station is the main railway station of Chandigarh but the trains from Rajasthan arrive at the Chandigarh fort station while Bhopal shatabdi ad taj express from Delhi arrive at the main station.

By Road :

Mohali has a bus stand and several buses of state road transport corporations connect the district with many cities and towns and are easily available and aver comfortable. The district offers a good network of roads which makes the district approachable.
