The nearest railway head is in Mettupalayam which is a distance of 52 kms connected to Chennai. The trip is fun by traveling through the nilgiri hills.

By Road :

The roads are connected mainly to Chennai; the tourists can catch private deluxe buses from Ooty to Chennai, as it is a bit in convenient to drive.
