Hotels booking and payment procedure
Finding hotels, resort is very easy here; Customer finds it easy to fulfill his wishes as per his choices. Online hotel booking and accommodations options are available here.
1) Search: This option is to search hotels as per your budget, star rating, location, amenities, for more details see images and video, get information of hotel, rooms or packages.
2) Book now: This option is only seen when there is availability of hotel rooms or packages. When customer selects this option and makes payment he will immediately get conformation receipt from that hotel itself.
3) Send request: This option is for the hotels were customer does not see book now option (i.e. a customer cannot book a room instantly he has to wait for conformation of availability from Way2travel.net). In this situation the customer can select this option to reserve a booking for him. Here the customer is not required to make payment directly he has to first fill the information required and submit it. When there is availability of rooms he will receive a mail of available status of rooms and then he is required to make payment by selecting the pay now option along with required information. Then customer will get payment receipt of that hotel that’s it this would be a conformation of his booking.
4) Payment: These options are fully secured. (i.e.. net banking, credit card, debit card, money transfer, options are available)
5) Send enquiry: This option is for the customers who want to make bulky booking, group booking or corporate travel booking of hotels and resorts. Customers who want to book more rooms then the availability shown on this website then firstly they have to select a particular hotel, type of rooms and then select the option of send enquiry along with details. Details should include the information about the requirement of total no. of rooms, adults, children’s and location where customer wants according to his budget and other special requirement. Latter on customer will receive a mail stating the available status of rooms at selected hotel. Then for making payment customer needs to select the option of pay now on the website by filling proper information as required and then he will receive a payment receipt as a conformation of payment.
Important notes for customers booking hotels or resorts:
Firstly conform your check in and check out time at hotel. In case a customer approaches a hotel before his specified check in time or stays in hotel room after specified check out time that stay of his is completely dependent as per the rules of that particular hotel (i.e.. charges would be charged as per pro data basis of hotel) *Complimentary sharing parent’s room option is available for children’s below 6 yrs of age.

Indian residents can make payment into our banks through net banking, credit card, debit Card or money transfer. Foreign residents can make payment into our banks through wire funds and also by credit card.
Once the customer makes payment he will get payment receipt through mail and hotel booking ID (This ID is required at the time of hotel check in)
Offer option is for the customer of Indian residents to directly deposit cash in bank. This cash deposit should be in favor of Weblinks at our HDFC bank account in any branch available in India.
Online Credit Card Payment:
We accept payment through payment Gateway. This payment can be made by VISA and MASTER credit card on Gateway. You may visit the hotel once we confirm your hotel booking or with an hotel ID or conformation receipt (here the payment procedure completes).
Foreign Nationals:
You can make payment through credit card. You may request your bank to transfer funds by bank wire transfer to our HDFC Bank Account in India. If you have any additional queries or concerns, please send us email and you will get reply within 24 hours.
